3. Booking and Payment

  • Payment must be made as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.

  • We accept various payment methods, including online transactions and cash.

  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the premises are accessible at the scheduled service time.

  • Remove valuable or fragile items from service areas.

  • Provide accurate information when booking services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 80% of the service charge.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service team has arrived at the location.

  • If a service is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, no additional charges will apply.

  • In case of service dissatisfaction, a refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion for review.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within1 hrs days via the original payment method.

6. Liability and Limitation

  • RK Services will take all necessary precautions, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables left unattended.

  • In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
